- Sale of the Government's remaining shareholding
in Telstra
- Qantas, a trade sale and public float of one
of the world’s major airlines
- Commonwealth Bank of Australia, a public float
and sale by instalment of one of Australia’s
biggest banks
- Australian Airlines, a trade sale of one of
Australia’s largest domestic airlines
- Federal Airports, a trade sale of more than
15 airports in Australia, including major international
airports
- Sydney Basin Airports, a share sale of three
airport lessee companies and disposal of related
freehold interest of Hoxton Park Airport site

Corporatisations
AGS has undertaken the corporatisation of a wide
range of entities including many of those that were
subsequently privatised. It has also assisted in
the establishment of an extensive range of entities
for Commonwealth or intergovernmental purposes.
Property disposals
AGS has assisted clients in an extensive range of
property disposals from simple conveyances to complex
disposals of major properties, in many cases on a
sale and lease-back basis.
Other asset disposals
AGS has assisted Government agencies to dispose
of all types of surplus assets ranging from routine
office items to major assets such as ships.
