PRIVACY AND FREEDOM OF INFORMATION
With strengths in: privacy
and protection of information, and freedom of information.
Access to information and privacy issues are of great importance
to government agencies at all levels because they hold and
manage so much information on behalf of the public to whom
they are accountable.
AGS has been at the forefront of these areas of law since
their introduction and has a specialist unit of lawyers who
practise solely in them. Their knowledge and practical experience
in advising and representing clients in freedom of information
and privacy matters are without equal in Australia.
