Sometimes the scale of a transaction, legal action
or investigation is, or becomes, very large, requiring
exceptional
management
abilities. We are skilled at managing such projects
efficiently and within budget, whether they be major
litigation, large-scale commercial transactions or
implementation of major government initiatives with
a significant legal component.
Our extensive expertise in managing major legal
projects includes:

- working with a number of Australian Government
stakeholders who have similar interests
- managing logistics of projects in remote or
geographically diverse locations
- applying appropriate technology to support projects
- managing resources through multiple phases of
projects.
Our specialised legal technology solutions team
provides technology support to major litigation and
other projects. Examples of recent major projects
that have involved large-scale project management
include:
- litigation support assistance including fitout
and support of hearing rooms to the Department
of Defence F-111 Deseal/Reseal Board of Inquiry
- large legal teams and other support to the Royal
Commission into the Building and Construction Industry
and the Royal Commission into the failure of the
HIH Insurance Group
- extensive legal project management and due diligence
on large-scale commercial transactions.
