not only allow secure government communications, but also
help us to provide the best services possible to our clients.
AGS

of online legal and related services. We work in partnership
with our clients to deliver online services and aim to
be responsive to our clients’ priorities and requirements.
We have developed an integrated approach to our specialised
and generic online services. Close consultation
between legal and technology staff means that we create
solutions that are ‘real-world’, practical and secure,
while also efficiently and accurately meeting client and
project needs.
For instance, we can provide secure shared workspaces (client
portals) to utilise Internet technologies for enhanced lawyer-client
interactions
in all types of legal
matters. Other online services that we currently provide
or are developing include client extranets, virtual
data rooms, specialised database systems (particularly
relating
to the management of large-scale litigation matters),
online training resources and compliance assessment tools,
virtual
libraries and client-accessible document repositories,
significant client legal opinions, and matter reporting
systems that enable our clients to review the current status
of matters.

AGS continues to explore and develop
new technical solutions for delivering valuable legal and
