‘Cases of distinction’ seminar series
AGS has introduced a new series of seminars – Cases of Distinction – on current administrative law cases. Our second seminar on 30 April 2010 held in Canberra was an outstanding success and we have now planned the third one in the series for 22 October 2010. We will have further information on this seminar shortly.
We have also presented very successful Cases of Distinction seminars in Perth, Hobart, Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney. Also, we just recently held our very first seminar on Context and Construction in Sydney which proved immensely popular.
Our presenter has received excellent feedback from these seminars whether they have been held in Canberra or interstate:
'It's a great way for busy practitioners to keep up with recent important admin law decisions'
'The written notes on the cases are really useful – please keep doing these'
'Pace and content demonstrated a clear and full understanding of this area and a well thought-out and well planned approach to this workshop. Impressive and enjoyable'
'It was (exactly as stated) an effective rundown on the key admin law cases'
'Excellent and interesting presentation. Explanation of case principles was clear'
'Clear, vibrant and passionate. Very succinct'
