CONSULTANCY AGREEMENTS
AGS has extensive experience reviewing, advising on, drafting,
negotiating and managing consultancy contracts widely used
in the Australian Government environment. We devised the
original AGS standard form consultancy agreement and we
continue to update that document to take account of changes
in a range of government policies. We use this document
as the basis for developing consultancy agreements for
specific transactions and also for template consultancy
agreements tailored to the needs of particular clients.
