resources sector. This includes a solid understanding of
related legislation. We are familiar with major developments
in the electricity and gas industries over recent years
and the related industry structures.
In recent projects we have:

Greenhouse Office

provided significant work on the corporatisation
of the Snowy Mountains Hydro Electric Authority

acted as probity auditors in the sale
of South Australia’s electricity assets

assisted with the privatisation of
the Moomba to Sydney gas pipeline authority
- AGS is the key legal adviser on the establishment of
a system of offshore titles authorising the geosequestration
of carbon dioxide in seabed reservoirs
- Acting for the Victorian Essential Services Commission
in relation to licensing issues concerning gas and electricity
retail, distribution and generation licences.
