GRANTS AND FUNDING AGREEMENTS

AGS has extensive experience advising on and drafting grants and funding agreements. The Australian Government has provided financial assistance to state, territory and local governments as well as private parties since Federation. We have advised the Australian Government on these transactions since that time, first as part of the Attorney-General’s Department and now as the Australian Government Solicitor.
