Our National Information and Communications Technology Team is at the leading edge of technology law. Our team consists of lawyers with computer science and information management qualifications, private sector information and communications technology (ICT) experience, and hands-on management of Internet and ICT businesses.

Our work extends across the spectrum of Australian Government procurement, from developing requests for tender through the conduct of the tender process including tender evaluation, contract preparation and negotiation, to contract management.

We provide comprehensive legal services in this fast moving area including:

  • ICT strategic sourcing and outsourcing, standard contracting arrangements, including SourceIT, GITC, the Whole of Government Communications Arrangements (WoGTA) and those specially developed to suit individual client needs
