AGS has extensive experience in the fields of negligence
and other damages claimed against Australian Government
departments and agencies. Our lawyers offer special expertise
through their sound understanding of the legal environment
in which government entities operate, especially in relation
to issues such as liability and indemnity under tort, and
legal risk management in relation to tort issues.
We have specialist negligence and personal injury teams
of experienced litigation lawyers who have conducted matters
in state and federal courts and in the Administrative Appeals
Tribunal. We also have in-depth knowledge and experience
of the Safety, Rehabilitation and
Compensation Act 1988.
