AGS has an outstanding background in advising on communications
and media law, including with legal issues arising in the
areas of broadcasting, telecommunications, telecommunications
interception, content classification, defamation and privacy.
We are particularly experienced in advising on legislation,
and on the issues that arise in the course of regulatory
investigations. We also have a great deal of experience
providing representation for regulators in courts and tribunals.
We have lawyers with computer science and information management
qualifications, private sector information and communications
technology experience, and hands-on management of internet
