National network of delivery teams—We provide dedicated service to our clients at a local level through our offices in each capital city. National client networks—Client service arrangements are tailored to each client. National client service managers, and their network of local client service managers, look after the needs of each client to ensure we are aware of the client’s requirements, and that we apply ourselves nationally to respond to them. National practice groups and specialist networks—Three national legal practice groups oversee the quality and consistency of our legal services and products. These groups—Commercial, Litigation and Dispute Management, and Government—concentrate on developing our lawyers’ skills and talents, and the product and service lines that are geared to meet the existing and emerging needs of our clients.
