Andrew has over 15 years of experience practising in government law, in the public and private sectors. He has particular expertise in advising on statutory interpretation, legislative development and reform, and employment law. He regularly advises on constitutional law issues and drafts legislative instruments.

Andrew has provided legal advice and assistance with the implementation of key government policies including in the areas of schools funding, electoral reform and industrial relations.

He is a frequent presenter of training seminars for government lawyers, particularly in advice writing and statutory interpretation.
