Deputy General Counsel Commercial
Kenneth has over 25 years of experience working with Commonwealth agencies on major commercial matters.
He has worked on major procurement projects across a range of sectors for clients such as the National Disability Insurance Agency, Health, Home Affairs; grant programs; and commercial arrangements to support implementation of major government programs. Kenneth works closely with Commonwealth clients and with other advisers to provide integrated and targeted solutions, with a strong focus on working collaboratively to achieve the best results. He brings a broad background from his work with a wide range of Commonwealth agencies.
He plays a leading role with the Department of Finance on whole-of-government templates for grants and procurements and with a number of other agencies to develop model clauses to implement procurement and grant connected policies.
