Acts Interpretation Act changes
Who should attend
All Commonwealth government lawyers need to be aware of the changes to the Acts Interpretation Act 1901. Non-lawyers who regularly deal with legislation and its interpretation will also benefit from this course.
On 27 December 2011 significant amendments to the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 came into effect. This 1-hour seminar canvasses the most important of these changes, providing participants with an awareness of how the amendments impact on the interpretation of Commonwealth legislation.
The presenters for this course are senior lawyers with extensive experience in advising on statutory interpretation.

Standard fee – $295 (inclusive of GST) per person.
No more than 25 people will be accepted on each course and courses will only be conducted if we receive sufficient nominations.
