David is an experienced advocate who appears regularly in the Administrative Review Tribunal, the Federal Circuit Court and the Federal Court, defending judicial and merits review applications.

He had carriage of the Djokovic litigation, has appeared in the Department of Education in the Federal Court defending decisions regulating the family day care industry, and has instructed counsel in high profile environment cases concerning the dredging of Port Phillip Bay and challenges to regulatory decisions concerning the Tasmanian forests.
