A senior member of the Office of General Counsel, Adam is a very experienced government law specialist with particular expertise in advising on statutory interpretation, administrative law and legislative development and reform. Adam also regularly advises on constitutional law issues and is highly skilled in drafting legislative instruments. He has provided comprehensive legal advice and assistance with the implementation of key government policies and reforms, such as the development of the Help to Buy scheme, and radiocommunications spectrum licensing reform. Adam advises extensively on social security law, and financial and public governance issues, including appropriations.
