Senior General Counsel

Adam is a very experienced government law specialist with particular expertise in advising on statutory interpretation, administrative law and legislative development and reform. He also regularly advises on constitutional law issues and is highly skilled in drafting complex legislative instruments.

He has provided comprehensive legal advice and assistance with the implementation of key government policies: he advised on the development and operation of the Australian Domestic Gas Security Mechanism, and implementation of reforms to the aged care sector. Adam also advises extensively on the regulation of communications and energy.

Adam is the Client Service Manager for communications and arts in the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Communications, and has worked on outpost with the then Department of the Environment and Energy.
