Chenoweth, Jack

Jack is a senior member of the Constitutional Litigation Unit in AGS’s Office of General Counsel where he acts for the Commonwealth in a variety of constitutional proceedings, principally in the High Court and intermediate appellate courts. He also has extensive experience advising on most aspects of public and constitutional law, with particular expertise in Chapter III of the Constitution, the implied freedom of political communication and Commonwealth finance and revenue law.  Since joining AGS in 2016, he has also completed outposts to the Treasury and the Department of Agriculture and has also provided pro bono training in the Pacific.
