Lukic, Dejan

Dejan is a highly experienced litigation lawyer and people leader within the Civil Claims team of AGS's Dispute Resolution practice. Since joining AGS in 2009, Dejan has acted for Commonwealth clients in numerous high-profile, complex, systemic and precedential matters, including cases before the High Court and Federal Court involving significant constitutional, public law and Commonwealth liability issues. He has extensive experience leading large-scale litigation, including cohort claims and representative proceedings of national significance.

A proven leader of high-performing teams, Dejan has a strong track record in managing complex legal practices, supervising and mentoring senior lawyers, and fostering a collaborative, client-focused culture. He is recognised for his strategic judgment, stakeholder engagement and ability to deliver outstanding outcomes in sensitive and high-profile matters.
