Maltabarow, Sophie

Sophie is a senior member of the Security, Resources & Environment team in AGS’s Office of General Counsel. She has strong experience advising clients in relation to complex statutory interpretation, administrative law and constitutional law matters, as well as conducting public law litigation across state and federal courts, including the High Court. Sophie has a range of experience across environmental and energy law. Prior to rejoining AGS, Sophie was a Principal Legal Officer in the constitutional and administrative law team in the NSW Crown Solicitor’s Office.
