Senior Executive Lawyer
Rodger is a Senior Executive Lawyer in AGS’s Dispute Resolution practice with more than 20 years’ experience advising Commonwealth clients. He has extensive expertise in administrative law, employment and industrial relations, regulatory investigations, judicial and merits review, and complex litigation.
Rodger has advised on a broad range of public law matters, including work health and safety, protection of information, migration, social security and regulatory enforcement. He is also highly experienced in managing complex litigation involving privilege, public interest immunity and coercive powers.
Rodger has held senior roles in major Commonwealth inquiries and Royal Commissions, including serving as Co-solicitor Assisting the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety. He is recognised for his strategic advice, sound judgment and leadership in complex and sensitive matters.
