Tim is the professional leader of AGS’s national dispute resolution group.
Tim appears in a wide array of public law matters, primarily in appellate courts, and is briefed to advise on complex and sensitive issues for government.
Tim engages widely with clients and the profession about current public law issues.
In 2020 Tim was appointed as Commonwealth King’s Counsel.
