Senior Executive Lawyer
Sarah is a Senior Executive Lawyer in the Dispute Resolution’s Law Enforcement team. She has extensive experience in Commonwealth litigation, law enforcement, prosecutions, and investigations, with over 20 years of legal experience across the Commonwealth. Sarah joined AGS from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), where she served as Special Counsel Criminal Law in the Legal Services Team.
Sarah has a strong background in criminal law, procedure and evidence, investigations and coercive powers, regulatory compliance, corporate and financial services laws and law enforcement. She has worked closely with key government agencies, providing strategic legal advice on complex legislative reform and matters in litigation. While at ASIC, she worked for over 10 years on large-scale corporate crime matters, including breaches of directors’ duties and financial services laws, market misconduct and fraud.
At AGS, Sarah has acted for Commonwealth law enforcement agencies in large-scale litigation and providing advice on information protection, disclosure obligations, evidentiary and other issues arising in criminal and civil proceedings.
Sarah is committed to upholding legal integrity within the public sector and has a proven ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks, litigation processes, and government procurement matters.
